FANS OF THE SEASON
We were flying to Pasadena the morning of the Rose Bowl and we experienced two flight delays. As we de-boarded the plane, the pilot saw our ticket lanyards. He asked us if we were going to the game. We said “yes” and he told us to follow him up the gangway. Then, we followed him through the gate where he instructed another employee to hold the plane leaving three gates down from us. When we got to that gate, he explained the situation and instructed them to let us on, which they did. We made it to our seats right at kickoff. Unbelievable. It was not the $145 tickets that got us in the game, but the $40 we spent with That’s My Ticket for our lanyards. Thank you for the great service.
