On Aug. 5, 2007, at Wrigley Field in Chicago, Glavine notched his 300th career victory when the New York Mets beat the Cubs. He helped his own cause going 1-2 with an RBI and walk. By reaching the milestone, Glavine became the 23rd pitcher join the 300 Win Club and just the fifth lefthander.
