On July 10, 2009, Jonathan Sanchez threw the season's first no-hitter as the Giants blanked the Padres 8-0. Sanchez was nearly perfect as only one batter reached base and that was via an eighth-inning error. Sanchez's father watched from the stands as his son struck out 11, walked none, and registered the first no-hitter by a San Francisco Giants pitcher since 1976 (John Montefusco).
This Mega Ticket commemorates the historic occasion, is perfect for autographs, and makes a great gift.
