Robert Gordon Orr made his NHL debut on Oct. 19, 1966. He was just 18 years old and the highest paid rookie in league history. In his first game, against the Detroit Red Wings, Orr had an assist and helped lead the Bruins to a 6-2 victory.
In his second season, Orr captured the first of his record eight straight Norris Trophies as the NHL's best defensemen. He also set many scoring records and led the Bruins to the 1970 and 1972 Stanley Cup championship. This Mini-Mega Ticket commemorates Orr's sensational NHL career.
This Mini-Mega Ticket celebrates the historic event, is perfect for autographs, and makes a great gift.
Overall Size: 5 (W) x 14 (H) x 1/4 (D).
During the past year, the Mega Ticket® has become a staple at retail outlets, team stores, and autograph shows nationwide as well as online. Just as the mini-helmet and mini-bat were born from the success of their larger predecessors, now comes the Mini-Mega Ticket.
Officially licensed by NHL®, Mini-Mega Tickets are made from authentic NHL tickets that are enlarged 200% and printed directly on 1/4-inch thick PVC board. They can be hung on a wall or displayed on a desktop using a unique two-piece acrylic stand.
