A lifelong lover of sports as well as a passion for history have driven Chris Speakman to create "Sports Propaganda" limited edition prints. Conceptually inspired by the various war-like rivalries around sports as well as propaganda art from the 1940's, the art actively recruits fans to support their favorite team.
Chris's work has been featured in the Boston Sunday Globe, ESPN.com, CBS-Boston TV and many other local and national media outlets. Sports Propaganda has been commissioned by companies such as Dunkin Donuts, Ironclad Authentics and Topps Trading Cards to create custom work. In 2011 Major League Baseball hired Chris to design the program cover for the 2011 MLB All-Star game. In 2013 his custom-made Mike Trout print was selected for the cover of Beckett Magazine's Art Issue.
